10. Paid services: BotRoom.ai may offer paid services, and users may be required to pay fees for these services. Users agree to pay all fees associated with their use of the paid services and to comply with any additional terms and conditions related to such paid services.  Our services are billed on a monthly subscription and usage-based model.  Invoices are issued automatically when a predefined usage or billing threshold is met, or at the end of the monthly billing cycle, whichever comes first. All charges must be paid in full by the due date specified on the invoice. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of service. By using our services, you authorize us to charge your payment method for all applicable fees, including overage usage, in accordance with these terms. 

11. Trial period: BotRoom.ai may offer a trial period with limited access to the services. Users are responsible for complying with the terms and conditions of the trial period and any limitations imposed during the trial period.

12. Recurring subscription: Users may choose to subscribe to recurring paid services on BotRoom.ai. By subscribing to recurring services, users authorize BotRoom.ai to automatically charge their designated payment method on a recurring basis until the subscription is cancelled by the user.

13. Automatic renewal: Paid subscriptions may be automatically renewed unless the user cancels the subscription before the renewal date. Users are solely responsible for managing their subscriptions and cancelling them if desired.

14. No Refunds: All payments are final and non-refundable. BotRoom does not provide refunds for any services, including unused credits or prepaid amounts.

15. Deleting User accounts: Users may request to delete their account and personal information from BotRoom.ai. BotRoom.ai reserves the right to retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

16. The Service is provided "as is": BotRoom.ai provides the service on an "as is" basis without any warranties or guarantees, whether express or implied. Users acknowledge that the use of the service is at their own risk and that BotRoom.ai does not guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness, or suitability of the information and materials provided.

Data Processing

17. Data Processing Agreement: By using our website and services, you acknowledge and agree to our Data Processing Agreement (DPA), which governs how we process your personal data. The DPA is automatically effective upon your acceptance of these terms and is available at BotRoom.ai/dpa.

18. Data sharing: BotRoom.ai engages the following third-party sub-processors to support the delivery and functionality of its services. These providers may process customer data solely for the purpose of providing their respective services:

• OpenAI – Utilized for AI-driven analysis and conversational processing.

• Supabase – Provides backend infrastructure, database, and authentication services.

• Vercel – Hosts and delivers frontend application services and associated content.

BotRoom.ai ensures that all sub-processors are bound by data protection obligations consistent with applicable data protection laws and this Agreement.

19. Compliance: Users agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to data privacy and security.

20. Changes to terms and conditions: BotRoom.ai reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Users are responsible for regularly reviewing the terms and conditions for any changes.
